about me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a student member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). I practice under supervision of faculty members at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, where I am completing my training.

My areas of focus include supporting clients who are experiencing tough transitions, parenthood and family planning, exploring gender, queerness, or dealing with the pain that comes with anxiety, grief, and loss. I seek to support clients to connect with their authentic voice, and to try new things- to discover what might be possible for them in relationships with others, and with themselves.

I strive to create a practice that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist, body neutral, anti-ableist, gender and sexuality positive, and is affirming of neurodivergent identities and experiences.

I am committed to create a process that is client led and that feels safe enough to explore what is happening for you. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and that we all have the capacity to heal. You are not broken, it is not too late to try new things.

I welcome you , as you are, with whatever you bring.
